This online module will provide students with relevant up to date knowledge to enable them to identify and support patients experiencing gastrointestinal side effects following radiotherapy. This module will provide healthcare professionals with an opportunity to develop the knowledge to use a systematic approach to identify and manage gastrointestinal symptoms in order to improve the care of patients experiencing long term gastrointestinal consequences of cancer treatment.
This is not a general module on GI cancer care and treatment. However, the School is currently developing a Gastrointestinal Cancers module – please contact the School for further information.
