Are you working in a clinical leadership role or do you have aspirations to become a future clinical leader? This course will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, enabling you to successfully lead clinical services and projects.
Strong clinical leadership is vital to ensure the delivery of excellent care and improve patient outcomes. This module will enable students to analyse current leadership theory and practice, exploring how it relates to their role, and giving them in-depth knowledge and skills to promote and develop their professional role. It is designed for both students currently working in more senior clinical and leadership roles and those hoping to do so in the future
I have never been to the Marsden before and I was impressed with the standard of teaching. I have already recommended the module to my staff and managers
