Course summary

The course is composed of four standalone modules (40–50 minute duration each):

 

  • Cancer Prevention and Screening
  • Cancer Diagnosis and Staging
  • Cancer Treatments
  • Living With and Beyond Cancer

The materials have been written by subject specialists and experts and will enable healthcare professionals of all grades, working in a range of community settings, to broaden their knowledge of key aspects of cancer care. This work was commissioned by Health Education England and is available nationally.

How to get it

Initially the modules will be available on an open access basis on the e-Learning for Healthcare website, or you can download the source files from the NHS eLearning Repository to use in your own LMS/VLE. Alternatively, if you are unable to download from these sources or would like further information, please contact the School:
